Welcome to our website. We were formed over 10 years ago to develop plans for the re-construction of Lincoln Way in the Borough of White Oak along with a commercial revitalization development district in this area to help local and new business development, improve the quality of life for our residents and increase the safety of this main roadway for both pedestrians and the 22,000 vehicles per day that travel it.
I started the WOLDC as a citizens advisory board and it is made up of local community leaders, including business owners, elected officials and community activist interested in local development.
